Please contact us asap for any changes you’d like to make. If your order hasn’t been printed yet, we’ll complete these changes for you! In your request, please specify your order number and the changes you would like to make and we will try to fulfill them for you the best we can.
Enter either your order ID or email below, and we will send out your order details again. Make sure to check your spam folders and search for emails from us @staging.mapiful.com
Once we have printed and handed your order over to the shipping company we will email you the tracking number along with the shipping partner. You can also track your shipments here using your order ID number from your confirmation email.
Please contact us via the button below. Include an image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging along with your order ID number and a short message letting us know if you would like a replacement or a refund for the damaged goods.
I would like to return/exchange…
If your frame arrived damaged, please contact us via our request form within two weeks so that we can replace your order. Make sure to include the following:
An image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging
Order ID number
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for your prints, by law customized items are not entitled to a refund. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your print please submit a ticket via the request form below and we will help fix the issue the best we can.
